Council on Aging Daily Update

Updates, Monday August 24th, 2020

In case you were wondering, and I’m  hearing that some of you are…as of today Williams has done 925 Cov-19 tests and there have been zero positive test results.  So far so good right? There’s a daily dashboard on the College website where you can check yourselves and see how things are progressing. Just go to and you’ll find the Covid 19 information on the front page. Massachusetts continues to make progress against the pandemic and here in Berkshire we’re in really good shape! You can check this out for yourselves too, is the address, everything you want to know about the Coronavirus pandemic in the Commonwealth by county, city or town- even hospital admissions…none here in Berkshire by the way. Of course, there will be cases here and there, we just don’t want monster spikes like they’re having in other places.. Keep your masks on, stay socially distant and we’ll be fine!

Do you know what the NRFU is…? It’s the “Non Response Follow Up” currently active out there on the streets checking with all of your neighbors who didn’t take the time to respond to the earlier census requests…They’ll be knocking. Make sure that you answer.
