Voter Registration Deadline for Annual Town Election & Annual Town Meeting

The deadline for voter registration for the Annual Town Election and Annual Town Meeting is Wednesday, April 21, 2021.  The Town Clerk’s office will remain open by appointment during business hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM on that day and additionally 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM.  Mail-in voter registration forms must be postmarked no later than April 21st. Residents are encouraged to contact the office at 413-458-3500 Ext. 101 or via email at to schedule an appointment.  Voter registration forms may also be returned via the drop box outside the front door at Town Hall.  The box will be checked at 8:00 PM for any incoming registration forms. 

The Annual Town Election will be held on Tuesday, May 11, 2021.   Voting will take place in the gymnasium of the Williamstown Elementary School.  Parking is available in the School Street Lot in the rear of the school (accessible only from School Street). Handicapped parking is also available in the School Street lot.

Early voting applications are currently available for the Town Election by clicking here. However, the election is quickly approaching and by law ballots need to be mailed to you so you should submit your application soon to allow adequate time for mailing.  Please note, due to deadlines, ballots won’t be arriving at the Town Clerk’s Office until approximately April 23rd so please plan accordingly to return your ballot to the Clerk’s Office.
