The Williamstown Water Department will be flushing water mains beginning Monday, May 9th, through Thursday, May 19th, between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and midnight, weather permitting. Flushing will not be done on Friday evenings or weekends.
Customers may experience some cloudy water and lower than normal pressure. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. This is a semi-annual procedure to remove any sediment in the mains and check the operation of all hydrants.
