Phone update and Extension Guidance

Good afternoon all, as many of you know we are live on the new phone provider. When you are dialing into Townhall, you can reach direct extensions by pressing the * key, you will then get a prompt to enter the 3 digit extension of the person you are trying to reach, after entering the 3 digit extension the new system requires you to confirm this by pressing the pound key #.
