The Town of Williamstown is committed to improving diversity, equity, and inclusion. This is a full-time, non-union, department head position that reports to the Town Manager.
Job duties include but are not limited to: managing the information systems for the Town, plan and implement training for Town employees on the use of software, programs, and hardware, consult with vendors on new and existing products, oversees infrastructure, provides technical support, manages all Town communications systems and the departmental budget.
Work is performed in multiple locations within the Town and requires availability to work outside of normal business hours for emergencies. Frequent contact with Town employees, vendors, board and committee members, and the general public requiring common courtesy and sensitivity. Must be able to obtain CJIS clearance.
