The Town of Williamstown welcomes qualified vendors, including diverse and small businesses, to compete for municipal contracts through our open bid and Request for Proposal (RFP) procurement process. These formal, competitive procedures govern how local government acquires goods, services, and construction projects, ensuring that public funds are spent efficiently and that all vendors have a fair and equal opportunity to participate. We are accepting bids and RFPs for the open opportunities posted below.
The Town of Williamstown invites proposals for the purchase and redevelopment of the vacant parcel at 59 Water Street. Proposals are due April 15, 2026.
A pre-bid conference and site visit for the Project will be held on Wednesday, March 18th, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Town of Williamstown Town Hall. A visit to the site will take place immediately following the pre-bid conference.
