The Communications Director shares clear, timely information about the Town and helps residents stay informed and connected. This office plans and manages Town communications, including the municipal website, social media, media outreach, and emergency alerts, with a focus on transparency and public engagement.

The Communications Director also manages content for Destination Williamstown, the regional culture and tourism website, newsletter, and social media channels.
