Who Can Register to Vote
If you are a U.S. citizen who lives in Williamstown, MA and will be 18 years old on or before the next election, you are eligible to register to vote in Williamstown.
How to Register
You can register to vote and update your voter registration online. You may also download or pick up a Voter Registration Form at the Town Clerk’s Office or the Milne Public Library. Mail in or drop off completed Voter Registration Forms at the Town Clerk’s Office, 31 North Street, First Floor.
You may also register in person at the Town Clerk’s Office or when renewing your driver’s license or completing another transaction at the Registry of Motor Vehicles.
Registration Deadline
The voter registration deadline is 10 days before an election. If you become a U.S. citizen after the registration deadline, you may still vote in that election by registering no later than 4:00 p.m. EST on the day before the election.

Vote Before Election Day

- Drop Box: Registered voters can drop off their ballot at the Drop Box located at the front door of Town Hall, 31 North Street. Please drop off ballots before 4:30pm on election day.
Vote On Election Day
The polling location for all Williamstown residents is Williamstown Elementary School at 115 Church Street.
Vote at Town Meeting
In addition to regular elections, Williamstown holds an Annual Town Meeting in May of each year.
