This June two experienced fitness instructors offer free outdoor classes at our new Fitness Court. Both sessions are open to all experience levels – join in!

Tuesday Afternoons

Get Moving! is a 50‑minute full‑body circuit using the Fitness Court stations. Christy offers guidance, modifications, and a supportive atmosphere for every fitness level.

Strong and Limber is a circuit‑style class focused on flexibility, mobility, balance, and strength to support overall functional fitness. Take part to build strength and stamina!

Location

The Fitness Court is on the eastern edge of Cole Field, near the Mohican Path. Driving? Turn off Cole Avenue onto Stetson Road near Flamingo Motors and follow the road to the parking area.

What to Bring

Pack some water, a towel, and wear comfy weather‑ready clothes — then bring all your good energy! Come enjoy the sun, connect with neighbors, and crush a full‑body workout.

Updates and Cancellations

A little rain won’t stop us! Classes will generally continue in light rain, but severe weather or unsafe conditions may require cancellation.

Updates for morning classes will be posted the afternoon before; updates for 5:00 PM classes will be posted by noon on class day.
