Community Liaison Positions Available
The Communities of Adams, Lanesborough, North Adams, and Williamstown are seeking up to six Community Liaisons to join a regional planning effort focused on preparing Northern Berkshire for future challenges, including flooding, extreme heat, severe storms, and other climate-related impacts.

Conflict of Interest and Ethics Requirements
The state has mandated that each municipal employee, Board and Committee Member (full-time, part-time, paid and unpaid, and elected official) is required to complete the online “Training” every other year and submit a “Receipt of Summary” every year.
Please access the Conflict of Interest/State Ethic Law Online Training Course website. Once you have established a sign on and password, complete the following:
- Receipt of Summary: Acknowledgement Receipt of the Summary of Conflict of Interest Law for Municipal Employees (2 minutes or less to complete, required every year).
- Training: State Ethics Commission Conflict of Interest Law Training (1 hour to complete, required every 2 years).
If you are unable to complete the modules in one session, you can save your progress and resume the training at another time.
