Position Overview
Part-Time Dispatchers are responsible for receiving emergency and non-emergency calls, dispatching police, fire and EMS units, and providing excellent service to the community.
Duties may include administrative tasks, customer service, and cell watch.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- United States citizen
- At least 18 years of age
- No felony convictions
- Able to pass an extensive background investigation and all trainings and certifications
- Training and certifications required by MA 911 and department
Requirements will be provided.
Schedule
Schedule subject to change due to staffing needs.
Part-time hours include nights, weekends, and holidays.
