Help Shape the Future of Broad Brook Park

Williamstown has been awarded $500,000 through the state’s Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) Grant Program to renovate Broad Brook Park. The plans include an inclusive playground, a basketball/multi-sport court, paths, seating, lighting, trees, plantings, and rain gardens.

More than 150 residents took our first Broad Brook survey. Thank you! Your input helped Berkshire Design Group create a draft concept plan. Now we’d like your feedback on that draft, including which playground, shade structure, and court designs you prefer.

The survey also asks whether you’d support using Community Preservation Act (CPA) funds to cover the Town’s required match for the grant. Any use of CPA funds must be approved by Town Meeting.

Please respond by Friday, November 13.
