Free Fitness Court Classes Every Wednesday in July!

Join us at the outdoor Fitness Court every Wednesday at 7:30 AM through July for a free community workout.

Strong and Limber is a circuit-style class designed to build flexibility, mobility, balance, and strength — all the foundations of real, functional fitness. Led by integrative fitness and health coach Amanda Bayliss, each session is welcoming, energizing, and open to all.

Amanda has been packing the Fitness Court with motivated neighbors for a month now — and the energy keeps getting better. Come see what everyone’s talking about, bring a friend, and start your Wednesday right.
