Oversize and Wide Truck Loads: Expect Narrow Lanes on Route 7 in South Williamstown
Oversized and wide truck loads travelling Route 7 in South Williamstown should expect narrow lanes south of Five Corners as crews work to complete a bridge resurfacing project through mid-August.
The bridge project is located near 700 New Ashford Road (Route 7). The center portion of the bridge will be barricaded off, leaving both northbound and southbound travel lanes on their respective outside portion of the bridge. Each lane will be amaximum of 12 feet wide.
Drivers of oversize and wide loads, please use caution and consider avoiding this roadway until the project is complete in mid-August.
All Williamstown registered voters will receive a vote by mail application postcard by the end of July from the Secretary of the Commonwealth’s Office.
The first time in 250 years that this reproduction has been made using these traditional methods. Stop by the Town Clerk’s Office and ask to view the Town’s copy of the Declaration through Friday, July 17.
In observance of the July 4th Holiday, Town Hall will be closed Friday, and the Transfer Station will be closed Saturday. But that doesn’t mean we’re not celebrating!
